I have a pre-2004 Atomlab aircoro 20mm front hub and the bearings are kinda done. I cant seem to get any info on how to pop em out and replace em. Anyone have any insight?

I am looking to put some 3 piece chromo cranks on my 2004 F1. Anyone set this up b4? what spindle length are you using? I am somewhat concerned about the clearence on the swingarm.
The canfield Bros said they used a long profile spindle but I am hoping other have been able to use a shorter...
I am debating between these 2 forks for this upcoming season..I cam coming from a Dorado which I loved but wanted something new.
Looking for real riding experience on both of these forks. Weight diff after I have to change to the heavier springs in the Fox is slight so not a concern...

how many different rates are there? I got my Dorado in a trade and its a bit soft and was going to order new spring, but only saw listings for soft, firm and x-firm. Is there a medium or stock spring?
I run about 190-ish and the fork is a tad soft so thinking I have some kind of stock softish...
