    Pants Vs Shorts

I wear both. Shorts mainly when I need pockets for phone/keys, if that's not an issue, pants. TLD GP Air pants have a mesh fabrict in strategic places and it keeps you cooler than shorts.

Decent DH frame that doesn't weigh a TON?!?!?

    - kona pedals are good and i like them, but also 480g, so - 100g would come from there - 40 to boxxer wc: - around 500 g

Decent DH frame that doesn't weigh a TON?!?!?

the lightest is 35, but that's also with a crazy $$$. I'm sure it will be heavier, but i'm happy when it stays under 39.

    first DH bike/armour questions

I don't think that going huge and using a bodyarmor are connected that much. If you are a beginner, your don't have to go big to F up really bad. If you are just starting, use a bodyarmor. When you have got some skill, then you can look at what's you doing and then decide if you need one. I...

A co-worker is asleep at his desk. What should I do?

if he works on a computer and is still loged in, make the desktop full of random shortcuts. then take a screenshot. now take all the shortcuts away from the desktop and put the screenshot as a wallpaper. or just tape the optical mouse.

    5.10 alternatives

have had no problems with my 5.10s. 1st pair of 1gen samhills still going strong after 3 years. also got the karvers for the second year now. I always take both pairs with me when going out to ride, that way I can put on a "new" clean and dry shoe when needed.

    Shorts???

My vote also for the tld moto. I wouldn't say they are baggy. They have 3 pockets, so good for park riding. For next season, will also look up a pair of sprints (in need of some red shorts). If you can have only one pair of shorts, then I would only look at shorts with pockets, a bit more...

    Lehikionen's M9 Stolen

hi, I'm from Estonia, so have some insight. it was some random russian junkie who has no idea what downhill, intense, m9 etc. is. he was riding it along the city, wearing even the RedBull fullface. it was posted in our local mtb forum, so local riders knew about it and spotted it. if I...
