The results are in from a crazy day of racing in Switzerland.
You can download an app that spoofs your GPS location which can make the provider you think you are somewhere else. I am assuming they could look at IP addresses to see if those line up with your physical location or not, but for phones they tend to rely on what it claims is it's physical location.
