Took these yesterday in my front yard - anybody know what it is? I thought it was a Peregrine Falcon, but I've never seen one this blue. Hard to tell from the crappy pics, but the shade of blue was pretty similar to that of a blue jay.

...and I'm sure theres zero difference between a trained military member and most of the 19 year olds living in New York proper. Personally I think that about 99% of the 19 year olds i've met or seen on the streets in New York shouldn't be allowed to own so much as a squirt gun let alone a civilian version of a combat arm.
