Shooting for a 6:30 lap time at the 'Ring.

The One:1, name comes from a 1,340 horsepower to 1,340 kilogram power to weight ratio.

On an old school note, my buddy Mike put the entire drivetrain and suspension from a Honda S2000 into a '66 Sunbeam Minx.

Jaysus.... that's some serious power: "the One:1 is the first homologated production car in the world with one Megawatt of power, thereby making it the world´s first series produced Megacar."
A one megawatt generator is enough to power 1000 homes... Imagine what would happen if we expended as much mental energy developing cleaner energy as we do developing faster cars?! [I know, I know, PAWN Noob, but it just jumped at me and seems so egregious... ]

Talk to me when they build a home with regenerative braking.

that should easily crush the 918's time. significantly more powerful and significantly lighter along with a lot moar downforce. their test driver was hitting 240mph on the 'Ring's massive last straight

The idea of that car being street legal is scary, but the name is so full of win. Just an insane amount of engineering. Speaking of car geekness, anyone seen the Chaparral 2X? Talk about moar downforce...

Driving from the superman position just seems awesome.

one of few Japanese cars i like

Other than the MK4 Supra, the R34 Skyline is the lustiest Japanese car evar. While I love the GT-R on paper, its not that impressive in person. The Skyline has the lines, the boxed flare fenders, just looks sexy.

You're saying you don't like this

I would have better luck finding a left hand drive R34. :panic:

I thought I knew what fun driving was until I bought my first Z. I had a '77 280z, then a '72 240z, then years later a 300zx that I got for $200 on ebay. Toyota made some impressive sports cars, but TRD has never been anything like NISMO. My 240 and 280 were pimped out with all sorts of NISMO goodies.
