So I've been seeing some postings on facebook about "Launch Bike Park" at Spring Mountain in PA. Anybody ridden there before? Will this place fill the void that Blue Mountain has left in our hearts?

They're apparently hosting a GES race so maybe it's awesome? I have no clue, but guessing some of you know something.

It's going to take a lot to fill blues shoes... I will truely miss that mountain.

theres already 3 other threads on this...and no, it wont come close to Blue Mtn

nothing will replace Blue. I'm won't get over that for a while. But, it is nice to have somewhere 30min away to ride.

both.
when i asked if there was more "flow" than last year, they said they added berms and a smooth trail.
they did add hooks to the lift but since the lift doesnt slow down at all, itll be even sketchier then holding your bike like you did last year

What Blue closed down biking to build a water park what a bummer. I am happy I made it there last year.
