This thing is fun. My theory used to be to ride my little bike (20" bmx) a lot to keep my skills sharp. So I figure if that works... this should keep my skills even sharper!! Haha.pics of shreddege?

i swapped the drive train to 30-9 (i think?) , stock tectro to demolition brake and some odssey pc's
i hope you're getting him a smaller bar/stem setup.$3 at a yard sale..... I trued the wheels and threw on a seat, pedals and some grips I had laying around.
I did swap out the bars on that thing shortly after that.... my son has a 20" mini now, a lot like the ones in the pic you just posted.i hope you're getting him a smaller bar/stem setup.

some kids seem to have a really tough time riding pit bikes. always wiping out.... while kids on minis at the bmx track are blazing.
