I have those same pedals on my old hardtail too. The ‘new’ DX.
I loved the old/original DXs, still a great pedal/bottle opener. Had three or four pairs of those back in the day. Blues were my fav. I wish they would reintroduce them. The chap who owns S+M bikes, Todd (?) Mueller, has hundreds of classic BMXs, many with those on. I wrote to him once to try and buy a pair. He politely said no.
