good ridance.Btw, my ex wife walked about two months after I started in on my yard
Radius of my berms???I have watched it over and over again. looked at the photos.
looks rad! I'm looking to redo my track and got some great ideas.
can you tell me acouple of thing? what are the radius of your berms and what are the dimensions of your area you had to work with.
I mad a bunch of mistakes on my first track and looking to avoid them again.
post some pics or video of your track and we could make suggestions....I have watched it over and over again. looked at the photos.

For berm radius you can do what you do when making a ramp tranny. Go in the middle of your turn and take a long ass 2 by and mark a line keeping one end at the pivot. Guys like Zach have built so many berms that they can just tell by sight. I cheat a bit and mark it out but there still comes from a lot of trial and error to get it perfect. Most people can make a good roller or a decent set of DJ's but true digging Jedi's can make berms where you can lay it over and come out with more speed than you went in with.I have watched it over and over again. looked at the photos.

nice spot btw. like you said, 90 the berm and maybe shorten it a little. make the exit a lip to landing. you should be roasting at that point.Thanks. I'm trying to figure out how to turn the big 180 berm after the table tops in to a 90 then put some more jumps in the backline.
hey you got some good stuff going on there! ... in the other video, of Rory, http://vimeo.com/10407304 i'm digging how much more speed he has. but, in the first video it looks like the two tables are relatively low speed jumps (what are they, about 8 foot gaps?) ... add another 4 feet of height on your drop-in and make both of those jumps longer, up to 12 feet or so and you won't need to mess with the first 180 berm because then the speed will match up better with the radius, plus the thing overall will be more fun. that's my 2 cents.http://vimeo.com/10405534
here is a video of it you can transfer one way but not the other and not at speed.

10 ft lip to landing
I can't raised the role in with out getting in trouble with the neighbors
Looks like fun! I would say that for the berms where you are loosing speed try making 2 90° turns instead of one 180° with a big radius. You can make 2 90° turns tighter and taller at the end of the first straight and it could spit you out with more speed.
Looks like a lot of fun how it is though.
rad, that video is definitely better! looks like you have a fun scene going.10 ft lip to landing
