Waiver Notorization

Hey, im bringing my friend who is 16 down to the mountain tomrow.. he has his mom signed the waiver and it was offically notorized.. is this ok? i couldnt find anything on site about having it notorized but this wavier is. I dont wanna drive 2hours down and find out he can't ride.

It does not need to be notarized. But it was a smart thing to cover his a$$. Don't worry... no prob.

Most people fill out the waiver right at the park just before they get their lift ticket (minors and their parents included). Notarization isn't necessary, and practically speaking I don't really think it covers anybody's behind in this case.
 
the notarization was a good idea..........if mgmt questions the validity of the signature for the minor..........it was signed by his mother in the presence of a legal entity.......making it more legit. this way their 2 hour drive wasn't for naught!
