Actually upon further investigation he parked there so he could put off road fuel in his DURAMAAAAAX. So yes, not that bright. Some little birdy might have maybe told his good friend at the State popo that he had a hunch the excavating company on his vest needed their tanks dipped. Wasn’t me I swear.
