hey, it's spomer here with a new account b/c the ridemonkey upgrade didn't like my (c) symbol in the username.

anyways, bootleg canyon got me to thinking about how sick DH bikes really are because of what they can handle, so here's part 1 in the G-OUT PROJECT, which will be a year-long look at bikes in gnarly places. this first location isn't gnarly looking, but it sure does put mega forces on the bikes.

interesting topic! would have been interesting to see Matt at 80# soaking wet with a measured 234# rear spring on a 303, and myself at 260# and a fair amount of change with a 650# rear spring on a large version of the same....you're thinking outside the box
