brand new profile mtb ss hub that my friend just laced up for me, and the thing skips just as bad if not worse than the eastern hub I was running before. Of course I'm going to email profile and see what they can do about it, but seriously how lame is that? you spend over $200 on a brand new profile casette hub and that sh1t skips! The real mindfvck here for me is that profile has such a good rep for quality and precision components. I assume they will take care of me well, but then again I assumed that by purchasing this hub I would rid myself of any further issues with skipping hubs.. Any of you here know much about profile or their customer service/warranty? As of now I'm sitting here frustrated as hell thinking I quite possibly have the worst luck ever with bikes..
