Thanks No, frame was made on positive core and all layers were compressed with plastic tape with pinholes. I used MGS L285 resin, 160g/m2 carbon twill fabric and 300g/m2 UD carbon. Number of layers depends... its between 6 to about 15 layers (low/high stress areas). Im working on new version of frame with different suspension type. Im also developing new technology for it.

Regarding your comment about BCD, I wouldn't worry about it... BCD/Alex is a super nice guy (based on his posts on the board and word of mouth) that I'm sure is excited to see anyone else building DH and Freeride frames by hand from carbon. He may even give you some good advice if you track him down.
