got an 06 morewood izimu and im selling the 6 way for either a roco or a 5.0
i understand that the roco doesnt have propedal or anything of that nature, so pedaling could get annoying?
pretty sure the stroke would be 2.75/2.8 if that makes any difference

go for the dhx 5, most of the guys here run them on their izimu's and they work really great..

Thought about a Vivid? I had a 5.0 on my Shova LT for about 6 months and I never felt like it was performing well so I gave the Vivid a try and I couldn't be more happy. I can't speak for the Roco, but I've owned 3 DHX 5.0s and they all felt like poopy.

i like my DHX but then again i havn't really tested any other shock on my izimu.

Rock Shox Vivid or Cane Creek DB. Would not waste my $$$ on anything else right now till the new stuff for 09 or 2010 come out. What Fork do you have? That would also help me decide.
