It is the new Trek Speed Concept TT bike for the Schleck Brothers and their new team, Team Trek/Leopard.Is that even UCI legal? Or Tri-geek only?
UCI legal without the little tool box. Adding that makes it more aero and not legal. Is that even UCI legal? Or Tri-geek only?
their "kits" arent that much betterThe bikes are cool...the Leopard colors...not so sure.
which were awwweeesooomeeThese bikes are esthetically equivalent to cars with tail fins in the late 1950s.
Shiv is better looking, for sure. The Shiv is ****ing beautiful.
It's weird seeing Trek w/o SRAM.
To the consumers I hate so much.and yet they still sell tons of those bikes that you hate so much
thats the nice thing i suppose to owning your own bike company. you cater to the people you want.To the consumers I hate so much.
you do have to admit though, im sure youd like to have some of that bizYou should hear the stories.
$6000 bikes with carbon wheels and tubular as dedicated training(as in on a stationary trainer) bikes... It only gets worse from there.
Dammit if they're going to spend $6k too much on a training bike they want to be damn sure they get the right one.The amount of time it takes to deal with neurotic rich people is mindblowing.
Expect phonecalls 3 times a day and constant emails.
Everytime I've tried to work with a Swiss-Banker type the amount of time that I've had to spend interacting with them has eroded my profits considerably.
It's something you have to experience to believe.
I can't stand Pinarello. These bikes like the Shiv, Giant, Scott, Walser- they can stay.
These damn "organic" looking industrial design nightmares with "sexy curves" and "power bulges" just make me want to... rant on the internet.
I can't stand Pinarello.
Seriously. It's incredible. I sold a guy a pair of identical Orbea Orcas with DA 7900, 404 tubies, etc so he could have one at both of his houses, and even the second one after he HAD OWNED THE EXACT SAME FVCKING BIKE FOR MONTHS took forever. The amount of time it takes to deal with neurotic rich people is mindblowing.

Yes. YES TIMES A MILLION.
The wavy forks make me want to stab the designer with one.
