Good, quick 15 mile ride last night. Just enough to head out and get the blood pumping. I'm starting to feel like my energy is coming back some, so that's pretty exciting.
Just gotta get through the day then it'll be a weekend full of BBQ, bikes, and exploring.

^^^Yeah. Word is our local mountain here is kinda muddy. Its not a fun place to ride while wet. I have other biz to take care of this weekend.

Not for teh Canaders, it doesn't.It takes 2 hours driving plus the 90 minutes to get through the border.

Blew up on my run yesterday. Was holding ~8:40 pace for 2.5 miles and just hit a wall. Couldn't get running again and walked the rest of the 35min. Got home an ate a isht ton of food and passed out hard. Clearly I was low on food and sleep. I went to sleep at 141# and woke up at 134#. Apparently my body needed nutrients badly.
Parent's are in town for Haley's birthday party tomorrow. I still can't wrap my head around the fact that she is 2.

Then again I also hold and eat a burger with one hand while driving, drink hot coffee too and I have been known to run with scissors in my hand.
