So the real concern with lots of caffeine can be the possibility of heart complications. amping up your body that much will cause the heart to work overtime and causes lots of strain on it. if you drink multiples in one day it can sent it into PSVT which is bad.
Drank way too much Monster a couple years ago... Not sure what PSVT is, but I felt like someone was grabbing my heart and making it skip a beat. Something along the lines of THUMP, THUMP, THUMP, flutter............ THUMPTHUMP THUMP, THUMP, THUMP. Scared the crap out of me. Went to the doctor and was advised to cut out caffeine for a while, and after about 2-3 days it went away. Since then I've just stuck to normal coffee and beer. Screw energy drinks.
