Bring some paper towel for the sweaty face along the way and maybe a extra t-shirt. I just ride in whatever dress shirt I wear.

I leave my shirts, pants, socks, shoes and undershirts at work. Bike to work in shorts and a t-shirt, change in the bathroom. If you're particularly sweaty, use baby wipes. Or a face-cloth at the sink?
