I had enough last night... in fact, I have probably 4 leftover in the fridge. I *did* order 20, though.

I gotta say I had a really good one at Little Anita's for lunch today.
But it kind of depends on what sort of "style" you go for...
Lucha Cantina actually has a tasty poblano relleno.

I like relleno, but hotter chilies and milder sauce. Ima check out those places!
It's hard to find hot chiles used to make rellenos... because gringos.
The best rellenos I've ever eaten are, of course, the ones we make ourselves at our Green Chile Weekend.
But that may be because tequila.
