Hey, if anyone from Colorado wants to go to this race but doesn't have a ride, get in touch with Grant Shoemaker, he rides for Mojo and everyone he was planning on going with bailed on him. His screen name on Ridemonkey is .thumper. if you don't know, or you can catch him over on the MTBR Colorado Forum with the same screen name.

Hey I was justing eating a PBJ, mixed style. Even though you don't like a good PBJ you're still all right. Hope to see you at the Open. Congrats on the win.

It does look so difficult to win the Open class... Here is a shot of the winner that my wife got during the race.

Any Photo's or results yet?

Drew posted a link to pics of the results... hopefully they're posted on a webpage somewhere soon.. i need to write some of them down (prefer to copy & paste, since i'm pretty lazy! ;))

should be tons of photos up soon...

Drew was shootin (multiple cameras) www.phototurbo.com

Wes was shootin (www.mtbphoto.com) i don't know for sure if he plans to post them, or who he took pics of.

& I was there shooting... only on sunday (since i was riding on saturday). i also missed the 2nd run of the amateurs... sorry guys, a few people told me that they weren't going to do the 2nd runs since it was getting so late. when i found out the mistake, i was already in the pits w/ a beer in my hand!:monkeydance: i've still got about 900 photos from the day.

as with mine, i don't think anyone's photos are up yet... so give us a day or 2.

So bring me up to speed here....Is DK riding that Giant bike from now on? whats the deal?
he doesn't know yet... he sold all his KHS bikes... & wanted to start things fresh. he's borrowing a bike from a local bike shop (name in sharpie on the downtube) until he can find a bike sponsor/team etc. He loves the bike though... he's been thoroughly impressed w/ it. (seems to be showing so far by his current riding & results). he's pumped on riding & racing again, so we'll have to wait & see how things pan out. so he might be borrowing the bike for a while.... donno about the entire season though.
