We rode Rainbow in 2005, can't vouch for whether it's still open to riding or not... someone else would probably know better.

Sorry, but I can't remember how much it was.... there were 10 of us that went and it wasn't cheap but it was an awesome experience. I think it may have been near $100/person... or maybe not. I dunno.
