I think West Virginia was a Jeep KOM qualifier, which means potential for big bucks. Just a guess though.

That would not be the reason for him to go to WV cause Minnaar is not racing any head to head this year just DH.

My thought is that Honda want's him to race here cause of the Market and also to defend his Championship.

quite right, he has already won the world cup title and as a result of the conflicting schedule he feels its the honourable thing to defend his norba title, also wants to raise his profile in the states (any one not heard of Minnaar yet ??)

cool for peat's win though !!
