I LOVE how everyone has to preface with "I only use Myspace for..."!

I have one mostly because it's fun but also so I can keep in touch with friends I otherwise wouldn't be able to so easily. But let's not pretend we don't like the social aspect too! We all like to and pretend we're cooler than we actually are and there's nothing wrong with that

can't speak for the others, but i truly only use it for networking...i don't have any real-life friends listed in my contacts or as 'myspace' friends...

you could try checking some of my contact's friends list, people like Jack Rose, Melvins, Big Business, Sir Richard Bishop, Espers, etc but that could be tedious.

i've got the slide show w/ some photos on it...like i said, i hate the clunky interface and posting photos in the main page usually looks like ass...myspazz is not meant to showcase my work necessarily.

It's been fantastic for me. I booked 6 weddings from there last year and have booked 5 already for 2007 and the big engagement season hasn't even hit yet. The cool thing for my business is that you can search for females by age,zip code and relationship status. I run a search for females aged 22-27 who are in a relationship in the zip code I want to target and start adding like crazy

the other interesting thing I've found is that so many people are on it, when I get an email inquiry, I can search myspace and 80 percent of the time they are on there. If you have someones email, do a search- there's a good chance they are on there haha

i personally dont see anything wrong with myspace...sure you get the occasional wannabe porn star that wants to be your friend...but other than that it really is a cool place to keep up with old friends and such...or monkeys
