germany, we have a copyrights organisation (gema) thats in clinch with google over youtube, they want 1ct per shown music video, google doesnt want to pay so they dont show the video at all. only work around is using a proxy...

its easy, just use free music. every use of copyrighted material is forbidden without the consent of the owner. that's how we do it with our videos. plus you can support unknown bands.
