What spring weight would you reccomend for a 2005 Gemini DH?
I weight 175lbs without gear and ride DH.
For a swinger 6 way or DHX coil shock?

Gives me a range of 265lbs to 325lbs depending on suspension design and rear shock.

If your riding a gemini DH what shock and spring are you running?
How much do you weigh?
How much sag are you getting?

IMO TFT has been pretty spot on. You will want a softer spring with a swinger and a stiffer spring with a fox due to the difference in how the two different shocks work. That is why they give you different spring rates....

type in your riding weight (with gear)
what shock are you running....
Your bike is a single pivot.
