Of course they're going to find "something". Whether or not that something was there before-hand.......... I mean the end justifies the means right???? Right????Originally posted by Serial Midget
I just have a gut feeling that we are going to find something... what? I don't know.
I think that is a big leap. I was thinking more along the lines of armed resistance. I heard a report on the news that front line Iraqi forces were issued chemical nerve agents today. Two cannisters that when combined are quite deadly. They used them on the Kurds a few years back.Originally posted by valve bouncer

It's a leap, but I don't necessarily think it's a big one. I mean Dubya will look (more) foolish if they go in and don't find anything. My statement that the end justifies the means wasn't entirely facetious. Like Lord Opie said lets hope those first bombs landed on Saddam's favourite Merc.Originally posted by Serial Midget

as if this will be over quickly. and it seems to me, the quicker it's over, the more likelihood there is of large amounts of civilian casualties.Originally posted by Serial Midget
Let's hurry up and get it over with.
That pic never gets old.Dude, we won that war a long time ago!
Oh yeah...I forgot. Please disregard my bumpage.Dude, we won that war a long time ago!
Don't worry!drats, i thought we started a new war
Are you suggesting we carpet bomb on an 8 year cycle?Don't worry!
Election time will be here before ya know it.
Are you suggesting that you don't?Are you suggesting we carpet bomb on an 8 year cycle?
Ah then... you are alive. And no, carpet bombing isn't as cost effective as it used to be. Not to mention the "bad" press that almost always immediately follows. I think we might have moved on to economic warfare - starve them into submission. Are you suggesting that you don't?
