Dear friends,
I have a small problem with the installation of the truvativ descendant crankset. By putting the two recommended spacers, there is small play between the “non drive” side cup and the axis. I am getting crazy because I have no idea how to fix the play…
I would really appreciate if someone support me :)

Hi!
the cranks are fully tightened... but, bearing seals? dust seals? I am sure I am missing something, but I have no idea what, because there is nothing else which can remove the minimum gap between the axis and the non-drive cup.

When the crank set is assembled in the frame, the play is exactly the same as you can see in the next video. Must be something between the axis and the non-drive cup but I dont know what can be...

I know with mine you have to torque them down pretty well or they will have that play. Seems with just an allen key its hard to get them as tight as needed. I use a socket wrench with an allen hex key socket. I can't see where extra spacers would hurt either if they seem they are needed.
