I'm looking at ordering one of these for my Manitou steel spring, but not sure what size I need.

It's the needle-roller bearing

Also, I was a little confused about if it will just sit on my spring, or if I need some kind of "lip" to hold it on. Anyone had luck just putting it on a stock manitou spring?

You could JB weld it to the spring (I have no experience with this???)
