I love hot sauce but Tabasco isn't my favorite...for cheaper stuff that you can use a lot of I like Frank's, Texas Pete, or Chalula.

I usually buy this though.

I'd like to order some of the other Melinda's stuff that the stores don't stock...lots of sweet stuff in the store on their website. Steak sauce, ketchups, salsas, etc...

Tabasco SUCKS! This stuff is where it's at! Then again, I have a collection of some of the hottest hot sauces out there. Yes, I love stupidly spicy food.

I added a bunch of serranos that didn't get cooked though. Thought it would be hotter because of that.

I think tabasco is where it's at for eggs and hashbrowns. There's a time and a place for every hot sauce.

Anyway in my fridge I've got sriracha, choulula, tabasco, and two different kinds of that asian chili garlic stuff. And I go through it, oh yes I do.
