Anyone successfully done this? I bent the rails on mine after bailing this weekend. I've got a couple of others that have straight rails but are torn up on top. wold be good to make a decent saddle out of what I have lieing around.
I've taken the scuff guards off, but it looks like the rails might be moulded to the hull, as I can't bend either enough to disengage the rails...
