I can't get my damn pedal out of my crank arm for the life of me. I figured that since it's stripped it should be easy to get out, but all it does is spin and spin.
Is there some sort of magical fairy dust I need to use, or do I have to use a hacksaw?
I have seen instances where a a pedal will not come out of a stripped crank because of where the threads stop on the pedal. There is a small gap between the threads and the part of the pedal that buts up on the crank. That gap gets hung up. What I have done is to remove the crank, cradel it in a vise, and use a ratchet (or just an allen) to apply pressure as I turn. The crank is so messed up that there are no crank threads left for the pedal to grab. With pressure, the pedal should grip and then turn out.
