I'm a retard and have no idea how to set up my bike right... so:

How much sag should I get on my bighit? My shock goes down about 1" (eyelet to eyelet), is that enough?

Does SPV pressure affect stiffness, or just how the bike reacts to small bumps?

Does preload affect stiffness?
