building a trail/xc bike and having a hard time deciding which drive train to run or rather shifting.
running XTR cranks (2X10) and brakes. cause i love them.
I run shimano saint cranks and sram X0 on my DH and 4X mostly because the springs seem stiffer and less noisey.
but this trail bike thing is new to me.

so what's your input Sram X0 or Shimano XT or XTR 10 speed?
and why.
thanks

I have a Shimano XT Rear derailleur on my bike. It's lasted a long time and still shifts perfectly despite being abused a little. It's the only rear derailleur I've ever had so I have nothing for you in terms of comparison...sorry.
