Just picked up a Rock Shox Recon 351 coil for my XC bike and see that you're supposed to keep the dust seals/upper tubes lubricated. Just wondered what other people might be using for this? And also how much and where to apply it?

In my experience RS seals leak enough on their own to keep the stanchions well lubricated.

Tri Flow works great on my Boxxer WC. I'm sure it would do the same for that fork.

Silicone Spray works really well (the automotive stuff like CRC etc)
