*gag* That stuff is sh*t!!!
I only get monkey bay when I need cooking wine..... It's usually somewhere around $8 (NZ$$) a bottle, and I'd still call it overpriced.
Sorry SS but monkeybay is an embarrassment to the NZ wine industry. :rant:
You don't have to apologize - I got it a couple weeks back 'cause it was cheap at the local liquor store (about US$9)... we had a couple glasses & it wasn't so good so it got capped and put in the fridge. I just managed to find it after I drank my last Titan and figured it was better than drinking water. I will say - it wasn't really any WORSE two weeks old than it was when we opened it. :cheers:

So far today I've had some yet-to-be-named stout from 3 different tanks, some Dead Reckoning, Pale, and Hopback. After lunch I have to try some 'nator, Dreamweaver, and a Scratch beer that will remain nameless. :)
