I traded it for 190 karats of Gem quality Amethyst. I am at will of other Rock Geeks as I don't have access to most of the places these samples are from.

Just takes boots on the ground with the right tools to find them regardless of the location

I found this fragment while detecting in a camp site while on the moto in eastern Oregon. It sold for 1200 bucks.
