very entertaining, good interview definitely. Palmer is some character, loads of respect for the guy.
best part of the interview, when warner asks him how much money he has blown, palmer's response, I can tell you I've lived way better than anyone watching this..

What exactly does Palmer do on skis/snowboard? I prosume it's racing and not freestyle? But I didn't think snowboard had DH racing?

Palm was a boardercross specialist, which is similar to 4X MTB. 4-8 dudes dukin it out and rubbin elbows while bombing down courses that consist of snow berms, doubles, tables, rythm sections etc. If I'm not mistaken I think he won quite a few halfpipe comps back in the day too.
I had a good time listening to those two exchange low blows on freecaster. I don't know the extent of their relationship, but from an outsiders point of view, a few comments sounded just beyond friendly smack talk.
Not a huge fan of Palmer but that was one great interview. It looks to me that they know/knew each other enough that they were both at ease and could share some stories. It sounds like they had a good time 'back in the day'. Interesting info re. the amount he was making riding bicycles in the heyday, never would have guessed. Very open in the interview as well.

Great interview, he has led an interesting life for sure. Respect for him for getting his life back.
That was clearly not a "rip" intended in a bad way. Palmer and Warner clearly knows each others as friends and it was just a friendly tease. I don't know about your friends, but I wouldn't smash any of my friends faces in for making a joke.
