Since onepointfive.com isn't on line anymore i tried googling and searching here on RM, but i haven't been able to find the data sheets that were available onthat website.
Could any of you fellow monkeys share those precious files with me?

I think that the ID of the headtube ( OD of the headset) is 49mm for the 1.5 standard. Depending on what you are doing with the dimension, and the type of headset, you may need to adjust the tolerances...

There used to be a very good headset summary on the Park tool website with dimensions for all types.

Had a quick look now but couldn't see it, doesn't mean its not there though.
