It sounds like he is more hawkish than Chrétien. I wonder if Canada will continue to be as progressive with this new P.M.?

PAUL MARTIN has been waiting so long, yet CHRETIEN is trying to make the transition difficult.

gw bush like MARTIN better, so relations with the US should improve.

what would i like to see? i dunno... i like the fact that he wants to get along better with our excellent neighbours to the south. that, and bush could always use another friend.
