Dakine tailgate pad.
I have one for my Tacoma and its great.
For shuttling, you just load the bikes with the front wheel hanging over the tailgate. One tiedown across the whole mess and your done!

looking for something i can lock the bikes to when we are going inside a place to eat before/after a ride or when im going to go ride after work and i cant keep an eye on the bike

I hang mine over the tailgate of my toyota. I use a piece or rollcage padding to protect the bikes and to lock em up I just string my cable lock through the frames and runit to the tie down ring in the corner of the bed.
