I'm gonna be in the Lake Lure/Hendersonville area 8/14-16 and would like to do some runs with my daughter, the longer the better. I've ridden some of the Wilson area trails but not sure if I could find them again. I've got the abitity to 5 easy, probably 7 cramped. I'm willing to just would like some guidance.

Right now it looks like Sugar or Wisons Saturday and Sunday if it works out, a ride off the Blue Ridge with some guys from Hickory. I'll talk to ya a little later in the week.
