You could get a freestyle one, and throw some spacers on the axle. they're designed for pegs so the axle should be long enough. I'd recommend a nakai or a hoffman, primo freecoasters really suck.

Some people have taken the smallest few cogs off their hub and just put metal spacers there so you can shift off the cogs and get the same effect (sorta).
