I'm currently using crank bro's quatro sl's with my mountain shoes. I've been looking at road shoes and have noticed that most of them have different cleat hole patterns than my quatro cleats. I need a size 47-48 road shoe for wide feet. Any recommendations? Thnx

Sidi, pretty much the only choice.

Specialized. Available up to 48 I believe, tend to run one euro size large in my experience i.e. 46 Sidi is a 45 Specialized. Normal and wide (EE) widths. Bonus that they blow Sidis out of the water on comfort and stiffness IMO.
