Just found this in a local forum, here in Argentina:

A friend of mine saw it in a race last week, and he had to look twice to notice the subtle differences with the original one. The author is a 17 years old boy, he built it in his high school's machine shop.

and then there are people like you...

quick release, pivot axles are cobbled together from generic nuts and bolts - and if you would have tried to compare it to a commencal, you would have noticed the differences.

s a Supreme DH owner, even just viewing this on my phone I can see that the swingarm is a completely different shape, the linkage is totally different in both form and geometry, the metalwork on the seat tube appears much thinner and the yoke is taller, the front shock mount is different, the dropouts aren't adjustable and the mech hanger is different.
