This is Mike from Atomlab. I just placed a response to the "I hate Atomlab" thread and I want everyone to know that if they have a warranty, even an old warranty that never got handled, to contact me at mike@atomlab.com. I take care of most warrantees very quickly, but there have been a number of warrantees over the last year that have 'slipped through the crack' due to structural changes and growing pains here at Atomlab.
If you have had any bearing issues with your pedals, you should know that early failure of the bearings is usually due to throwing your bike down on its side or tossing it hard when you bail. The bearings required to achieve our exceptionally thin and stable design will wear out or need replacing on occassion. If they failed early the bearings may be replaced at no charge. If they wore out over time, you can buy replacement bearing on our website for $3.
No one is trying to dog you, but you will need to follow the warranty procedures listed on our website. If that doesn't get you anywhere, you need to e-mail me directly at mike@atomlab.com. Include your phone number and I will call you if you have a complicated situation.
Thanks,
Mike
