I am selling my fat tire trike. I built this to haul my kids around, but now they are on their own bikes. The front frame is an aluminum beach cruiser, the rear frame I made from square steel tubing. Tires are 26x4 mounted on regular alloy MTB rims. It has a Tektro hydraulic disc brake with an 8" rotor. Its a 6 speed with a friction thumb shifter.

Its perfect for cruising the beach, bar hopping etc. It can easily carry a few hundred pounds on the rack. And its geared really low. This thing gets TONS of looks, and will carry ALOT more beer than your average 2 wheeled bike.

It would also be perfect as a display piece in a store, or for advertisement out front of a business. I am selling it because I really don't ride it, and it takes up a lot of garage space.

Asking $400 o.b.o.

I may consider trades?? I need a 27.2 dropper post....

Located in Orange County, CA.

PM me for more info or to come see it.

Hi Blown 240,
I love your trike. I know that you sold it, but I was wondering, do you have build plans for it? I broke my hip at work two weeks ago and will not be able to ride a bicycle or walk without crutches all summer. A trike would be ideal though. I have a Sun Drifter 7 http://www.sun.bike/product_detail.php?cl2=BIKE+PATH&cl3=DRIFTER with a rear derailleur that I'd like to convert to a trike. Can/will you help me? I'd hate for my summer to go to waste sitting indoors. PS: I can't afford to buy a complete trike.

Hello!

This is a sick bike. I've been interested in buying two for Burningman 2016 and adding electric motors. I'm curious if you would consider building two for the same price? I'm guessing the bike cost more to build than you sold it for given the price of those tires. I researching way in advance, but looking into possibilities. Thanks.
