Just installed a pair on my fox 40 and they look super pimp. I am having some trouble getting the dust wipers flush with the lowers on my 40. FYI i haven't taken the lowers off . anyone had any luck w/o taking off the lowers completely

Did you put them in the freezer before installing them? You may want to try a long PVC pipe just larger than the stanchions to "gently persuade" them to seat.
