Do you mean zip-ties or shift/brake cables?
He means a zip-tie that has two slots on the head. You can wrap it around something...fork tube, frame tube, whatever, and then pass the excess (the 'tail' that you'd normally cut off) back through the second head to make a second little loop, which is useful for routing cables and hoses along your frame.
Dunno where to get them, but they're neat. Orven always has some of them around...might ask him.

yeah, good thread... i know just what you mean... they are great, but VERY hard to find... as siko said, i know c-dale has/had em... i looked all over for em to no avail...
