we both wish. New colorway on the satellite & charger:Is that a 29er?
Go back to your rockif only they were made in a factory in Taiwan... then i would be able to afford one.
i respect this DOC guy. is he the only welder for superco?
dang, he does some CLEAN work! i cant imagin having to weld all of those bikes! that is a ton of work.To the best of my knowledge Doc does virtually all work on the frames, not just welding.
nothing as of nowHave there been any confirmed prices of the Silencer yet? Review in Dirt had a price tucked away in the bottom corner, by UK standards it wasn't all that more expensive than a run of the mill alu frame.
Me too, and a Silencer, and a 4" travel tandem silencer, and a 6" travel trail bike Silencer, heck, might aswell get a 29er also.Is it weird that I would kill for Doc to make steel xc hardtail?
i'd totally be down with that. drop the floater, toss in an air shock. mini dh'er / trail / do anything fun bike. wicked.a 6" travel trail bike Silencer
and the hamperslit opens up a lot of options in the realm of a 1x9 setup....sweet as.i'd totally be down with that. drop the floater, toss in an air shock. mini dh'er / trail / do anything fun bike. wicked.
thanks and i am not sure whether i really can justify this either its my first hardtail since 1995...sweet ht there, uiuiuiui. wish i could justify having something like that. damn sexy.
Pull the springs out of your fork. You'll save a ton of weight by going all air.yay got mine today
sorry for the crappy cellphone pic, the raw finish looks way better when you see it for real
haha never tried that with the old DJ1Pull the springs out of your fork. You'll save a ton of weight by going all air.
It's got air assist which is hardly usable with the springs in. 15psi locks it out.haha never tried that with the old DJ1
you really think the fork will work?
ok i never really bothered with the air assist... tried playing with it a few years back and then just ignored it...It's got air assist which is hardly usable with the springs in. 15psi locks it out.
I've run one with one spring just to get more adjustability out of it.
For the record I tried it in my own '06 DJ1 today. I should add a little oil (to take up the space that was occupied by the springs), but it ran fine without. I had to play with the damping to make it feel right, but it does now. It's much more progressive. I really wasn't seeing that before because of how low the air pressure needed to be.ok i never really bothered with the air assist... tried playing with it a few years back and then just ignored it...
will try using one spring
thanks for the info.
